  1. You could try looking at the oil impulse Makita. Not sure how it compares to the Milwaukee.
  2. @Framer joe I'm guessing the 576 is the 575 flex circ saw but with track compatible base instead of standard base.
  3. So Bosch is coming out with a new modular storage system but not the kind you would expect. It is designed for holding bits. It's similar to what DeWALT and Milwaukee offer for their impact rated hex bits except not only can you buy bit kits with them you can buy the case and bit holders separately. I think Bosch is starting with 4 or so different bit holders, a large case, and a small case. What do you guys think? I had this idea awhile back for my DeWALT bit cases and I'm surprised Bosch is the one to do it.
  4. does the states or Canada have an e brochure?
  5. What about a ros/geared sander like Festool or Makita? According to Toolpig they will smoke a belt sander. I have never used a gear sander before but I have used a rear handle Bosch orbital at school and it was really nice to use.
  6. My Flexvolt track saw finally has a tracking number and Fedex estimates it will arrive on the 19th of July woohoo.
  7. I think Felder has a cnc option for the sliding table saw. I'm not sure how it functions but sounds automatic right?
  8. I just got the table saw from an acme tool 4th sale but wasn't as good as this price. Nice find.
  9. Funny thing is my track arrived but the saw has yet to ship haha. You will be pleasantly surprised to see how the track is shipped. The 59 in has a piece of sturdier material maybe 1/4 in mdf inside the cardboard box. I wasn't for sure what it was. For the 102 in track they outright skipped cardboard and surounded the track in the sturdier material. Was one of the better packing jobs from DeWALT I have seen. Unpacking the 102 in was a job in itself. You have to remove a bunch of staples holding the box together.
  10. Home Depot offers it and maybe one or 2 others. You ordered your flex track saw yet?
  11. I don't think I was joking far as I know haha but you mentioned finding the center. I was thinking center as in center point.
  12. @dwasifar so you have two to find diameter so they can cross and find center point?
  13. @Bremon actually the DCS520ST1 comes with a medium track but I'm not sure if it is an official kit since it is not listed on DeWALT's website. Also seems like very few stores offer it.
  14. at least $200 usd would be my guess
  15. They could at least say bluetooth feature coming soon or works well when paired with our new bluetooth vac coming soon. or something similar to indicate it has bluetooth and should be paired with the coming soon bluetooth vac.

    Home Depot

well if you wanna travel to Nebraska then sure. haha
  17. I never have but I think I have seen ads for it. I actually just got me a kreg k5 pocket hole jig. Might be a nice option for those who don't wan't to spend the extra money on a track saw.
  18. either way a subcompact version is confirmed to be coming out according to the video. The pic is from a guy in Canada. I would guess Makita has same stuff in Canada as they do in the states.
  19. in theory if the load was high enough the flexvolt should have more power and be more power efficient than the 20v max.
  20. could possibly have something slide through the metal bars or have something clamp to them?
  21. after a second watch of the video it sounds like there will be subcompact versions in both barrel grip and top handle.
  22. yeah I saw it on the floor of this picture. heres something from coptool mostly about the 12v version but there is a mention of a subcompact version.
  23. hmm it is? I can't seem to find info on Makita's website about this.
  24. I noticed a black jigsaw in the background of a picture of the new Makita x2 Miter saw and to me it looked like a subcompact. I did A quick search and found out there is a new subcompact barrel grip jigsaw coming. There will also be a 12v version as well.
