WigWagWorkshop
BBQ sauce tip, for grilling or when smoking meats BBQ sauces can be used before, during, and after cooking the meat. The only warning is to avoid using barbecue sauce that contains tomatoes or a lot of sugar during the cooking process. These ingredients burn too easily and can affect the taste of your meat. It's best to add these type of sauces in the last few minutes of cooking. I will be posting different types of BBQ sauces soon (with some recipes that can be easily modified to fit your tastebuds). I think a lot people think BBQ sauce is only that red gooey stuff that comes in a bottle or is made with a tomato base. -Steven
