I don't normally use dadoes... I usually use pocket holes when I can, or I just counter sink screws and let them show (only for my own projects)

 

any stain or just natural?

 

Four coats of Danish oil. Was gonna stain it but I decided to try out Danish oil and it worked out pretty good.

Very nice, dadoes are something I haven't tried out yet with joinery.  Like Chewie I try to use pocket screws, just seems easier to me but I'm just a noob.  Good job though, keep the projects rolling!

 

Yeah dados are really not that hard the setting up takes the longest as I was using a router with a 12mm bit, I was making 18mm dados so multiply times I had to postilion the guide.

 

If I do more of this type of projects I will be investing in a Festool 1400EQ

That Festool would be awesome.  I'll probably give dadoes a try sometime, or biscuits too.
