khariV Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 So I was looking for which local HD had the 18+ inflator in stock when I ran across this...It's not in stock anywhere yet so I assume that it's another case of an overzealous web department spoiling the surprise for marketing. Looks like it'll be an interesting option if you only ever need to inflate tires and balls. Cheaper to! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DR99 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Posted October 12, 2015 Wow its a lot smaller than the old one. This is a tool I wish more tool companies made it's handy as hell to have around and its cheap to make
Bigmikez Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 Wow its a lot smaller than the old one. This is a tool I wish more tool companies made it's handy as hell to have around and its cheap to make. Same here Jason I wish team red or yellow would jump on this idea.
Poisonfangs85 Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 Man I am really liking what Ryobi is doing lately. Great prices and they work. I have never had trouble with any Ryobi I have purchased. I just picked up the corded router today and will see how that works out this weekend.
Hugh Jass Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 I never knew this existed. I need one from Dewalt for sure, I'm always inflating tires...3 vehicles, a motorcycle, and my tool trailer. This is awesome.
DR99 Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 It's seriously a no brainier!! The big guys could charge 50/60 for one and people would buy it. If Ryobi can sell one for 24 dollars it must be super cheap to make!! 1
MikeyB Posted October 13, 2015 Report Posted October 13, 2015 A lot of great ideas coming out of the cordless platforms these days
Cheng Liu Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 This is much smaller than their old one which I have and love. The only issue I see is that it appears to be only for high pressure applications i.e. on tires or balls, whereas the old one could also do low pressure applications i.e. air matresses and ballons. I would find this one good for people who don't need it for low pressure applications and want the smaller size.
