Definitely worth having in your bag of tricks, not as good as an old fashion magnetic sleeve but I was impressed with the strength of the magnet to the screw. I have a couple dewalt sleeves like this but they tend to slide a little. With this makita there is no play. I like how compact the bit set is, I can just throw them in my pocket and head outside with them.
