I check everyday and was caught be surprise that in the Q1 flyer / brochure from the Spain site the hedge trimmer is also shown !

 

really caught me by surprise !!

You select which battery pack you want, it doesn't run from both at the same time.

I've been saving to pick up the weed wacker 20v and now this hedger is coming out?!? Man I gotta pick up the pace.

I don't know what they are trying to use it for, but the 20v isn't a brush cutter. It should be fine for typical homeowner garden use.

I've been reading some reviews on it and it has a couple of people with similar problems on the motor slowing down or just not running after a couple uses, I'm still gonna jump on it to try myself, I'm just regretting not picking up when they had the $20 off over $100 deal hopefully my next check will look nice so I can order one.

The 40V chainsaw is already out. I've been using it for several months.

no surprises; valid 6 months (Jan-Jun2016)

 

interesting:

no cordless mitre saw included

no cordless planer included

 

no garden tools at all

no air tools at all

 

of course the three drills are listed in different configs

Hrmm I though Dewalt tended to release all of their tools at the same time in EU countries. I didn't know they changed offerings country too country like that. The other thing they might have not been ready to drop the information on the brochure yet.

besides,  Spain has the brochure since two weeks

 

Having said that which supports my statement: why would they release a brochure till Jun2016

 

most other countries do on quarterly basis (Jan-Mrch = Q1)

 

so overall NO news from France

(Belgium will be a bit more interesting !!)
