  1. I have the gray hoodie and really like. I normally wear an extra large and this is a tad big, but I like it that way. For me I am going to wear the hoodie under a jacket or have an extra layer of cloths on, so it will fit better. The quality of the hoodie is awesome, not a cheap sweatshirt. Biggest plus is you can machine was these, unlike the jackets. I can't say i have used the heat a lot. I am in Chicago and it has been pretty warm around 30"s. I used the heat a couple times and did a nice job. Doesn't seem like it gets as hot as the jackets or stay as warm, but I wouldn't expect that with a sweatshirt.
  2. That's an awesome idea with the ceiling, really opens it up. Nice job on everything.
  3. Would be nice to live a dreamland like that where I could do my bathroom in that time frame and within that budget. I wasn't even close to either.
  4. I am in the same boat. Our power is reliable, but have lost food in the fridge twice in the last five years. I had a generator and dumped it because i was tired of moving it around, starting it and storing it. I have a one car garage, which i can't park in. The generator takes up to much room. I was thinking about getting an inverter just for the fridge.
  5. Nice Job, looks awesome. How do you like the pellet system? Are they expensive compared to buying wood?
  6. I am still trying to decide if I like that 909 trigger system or not. Think I am just so use to a traditional trigger system. That Milwaukee you just got is nice.
  7. $50, that's a great deal. I believe I bought mine for $99
  8. Welcome. Thanks for the feedback.
  9. Agree 100%. But I guess they are saving that so they can introduce another model down the road or at least that's what i think.
  10. I am not sold yet. I hope this is true and that is the way Dewalt is moving. I do like Dewalt because it's an American company. On the other hand I don't trust marketing. "Built is the US, with Global Materials" seems like a fancy way of saying assembled in america with foreign parts. I hope I am wrong and reading this wrong because I would love nothing more than more companies returning to this country to build, manufacture and assemble products right here. Here is a link that says what is built here, over 600 items, which most are reciprocating saw blades - http://www.toolsofthebrave.com/about. By any means I am not belittling what Dewalt is doing, but I am just saying I want more. Don't tell me you carpeted the metro dome when in reality you just layed down an area rug.
  11. Looking awesome. Love seeing the pictures and all the progress.
  12. Glad you found it and the damage wasn't to bad. My kitchen has the same galvanized pipe. I am doing my kitchen next year and can't wait. Will be cool to see how you guys do the kitchen.
  13. Being in Chicago, you would think I would be a pro. But sorry to say, I have no idea.
  14. Thanks for all the feedback. We are hoping we can do that one day.
  15. I used the Bostitch Rec the other day and for $90, its really nice. It does have an adjustable shoe and the orbital action which works great. The drill and Impact, I am not a huge fan of. They will do what they are intended to do. The grip is nice and I agree, about PC. Not sure if they are coming off the same line because you can see a lot of the same things between the two. No fuel status for the batteries, plus as of now, these are the only two cordless tools in the line. Impact is pretty slow or at least it seems slow. I am not sure if I would compare them to Ridgid, I think more Kobalt.
  16. I agree. Something doesn't seem right that it's overheating and not running long.
  17. Can't wait to hear about the project. How is that Ridgid compressor?
  18. Conductor, you make me feel like a lazy ass. My house is much smaller and in 10 years the only thing I have done so far is the bathroom and a shed. Glad my wife doesn't read this forum.
  19. Wow that was a cool video. Thanks for sharing.
  20. Very cool, thanks for the info guys. Awesome article.
  21. Dam that is awesome. Nice truck. I can't believe you can swap them out like that. Very cool.
  22. The stand you are using, is that a ridgid? Kind of like the Jawhorse
