  1. I actually use both John. Festool has some of the best paper on the market and you pay for it but the abrasives last and last. I ended up trying out Mirka brand (gold and mesh) absolutely awesome paper and really like the results I get. As far as I know, Festool paper is made by Festool though and don't believe there is any affiliation between the two but they have a healthy competition as Mirka makes a high end sander the Deros. Arguably the best on the market.
  2. @nordraw I have an ego blower and love it. I did actually get the 20v Dewalt hedge trimmer and it is an awesome machine. Absolutely beautiful, does a great job and goes thicker than my 16 year old B&D electric one ever did. I'm sure you'll like the ego but I have to tell you first hand if your embroiled in the 2@v line I would not hesitate for one second going with the dewalt!
  3. Hahahahaha, I watched it on my cell and was like "is that John, I don't get it's?????" I just watched it on my iPad, makes a lot of sense now!
  4. Look forward to hearing what you see! Have fun dude!
  5. Heard about this on he wood whisperer. Super funny!
  6. I still haven't used mine yet. It's coming but still nothing yet. Great gun though, feels awesome and drives screws super quick. I'm going to get the strip holder as when I do the living room it's going to go oh so quickly!
  7. We actually have a couple of long running topics. That is really cool guys!
  8. Wow Jason. I don't like you anymore. First off.....you post 8:36 minutes of commercials. Then.....I watch 8:36 minutes of commercials. Then I realized.....hey, that's when I grew up. I used to have that hair. Then? I see Brooke Shields and think....wow, she's only five years older than me. Then? I google her. Then? I realize though she is still hot and five years older than me....I am not. Thanks Jason. Thanks.

Come to think of it.....a New Hampshire thing includes the fact that it is 40 degrees cooler than it was yesterday. Same bat time. Same bat channel.

Unmaintained roadways. Most unnavigable by most vehicles. Great ATV, hiking and mountain biking trails. Occasionally fun to drive down....you know, when your truck is paid off

Hahahaha for me the axe in my work car has been useful for clearing off downed limbs out of the roadway, it's great for rescue and maybe as an impromptu door opener As far as the truck, seriously great for clearing a class VI road and whatnots.

My new truck doesn't have the same seat tray under the back seat but it has enough room for my trailer hitch, a Tekton tool box with a bunch of sockets and wrenches, some heavy gauge jumpers and a bag full of ratcheting straps and a roll of duct tape. My work vehicle has an axe, pry bar and shovel in it plus a ton of other crap and I agree, having an axe in the vehicle is a great idea. Now I have to get a darn axe for the truck. I would even go so far as a small saw too. I always have a tape measure in my truck and a Leatherman I will be adding a small trenching shovel. Matches or a lighter are nice to have. Getting a little off of tools, blankets, roll of TP or paper towels, first aid kit with Benadryl, I keep a stash of granola bars. I recommend water and a towel. Make sure you have the appropriate cell phone charger. If you do keep guns, don't leave them in the car, if it gets broken into and the gun is unsecured......$$$$$$ law suit.
  17. I think that's a heck of a deal dude! Congratulations. I love the M12 Fuel hackzall. It's a real beast!
