  1. Beer snob here. Im always trying different craft brews. My favorite would have to be a dogfish 120 minute ipa.
  2. Ready for this? I work Monday through Sunday, have off Monday & Tuesday. Then work Wednesday through Wednesday, have off Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. So 7 on 2 off, 8 on 4 off. Then the cycle repeats. So 1 weekend off a month with the exception of 2 months in the year where I get 2 weekends off. Now to make it even more complicated, any weekday I work is 1230pm through 9pm. Then any weekend I fall on is 7am through 330pm. Oh and you ask how I like it....... I hate it haha

I have Nitto Terra Grapplers on my F150 and love them. Nice rugged look and they down howl down the highway.
  4. And im a huge huge fan of Poorboys World Professional products. All my exterior sr's/polishes/waxes are poorboys
  5. Detailers Pride for the dash, door panels, etc. And Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner for the seats and steering wheel. Doesnt leave that super shinny and greasy left over feel.
  6. I used to use Red Wings, then switched to Hytest. Was easier to just order through our supplier at work then go to the Red Wing store. Interesting that you mention this Thorogood brand being a union made boot. I also am a proud Union member (Teamsters Local 107) so Ill have to check that boot brand out.
  7. Lookie what the wife surprised me with on my birthday last Thursday!! Its a Weber 18" Smokey Mountain Smoker. Today im going to smoke some bacon to season it, as well as get a feel for holding temp. Then this weekend Im breaking out the chicken and ribs!!!
  8. Still havent made the jump yet. Talked to a few friends who have and the biggest loop you have to jump through is getting the provider to only give you internet. They try and convince you that you cant.
  9. I love salmon, but you should try steelhead trout on a cedar plank. Prepare it just as you would salmon, you will not be disappointed.
  10. thanks guys, no I didnt do this myself. I thought about it but ended up going with a company called granite transformations. Ended up being a cheaper option for us and they did the work, cant beat that. Plus their products come with a lifetime warranty so that was also a no brainer. Yes they did make outlet covers also. My wife and I are extremely happy with the turnout.
  11. Kids always seem to grow up dreaming about Lambo's and Ferraris. My dream car since I can remember has always been a 60's Camaro. Just one of those cars that always makes me drool uncontrollably.
  12. Its so nice to finally do away with sailboats and lighthouses in the kitchen!! Haha Also updated all the cabinet hardware but doesn't show in the after pics. Amazing how its been transformed. Before: After:
  13. ^^hahah I havent even brought it up to the wife yet. I'll need all the help I can get prying her from the damn kardashian show. God I cant stand that
  14. Lost out on a job promotion to a guy who had 32 days more seniority than me. Mind you, he is no where near as qualified for the job offered. Not even close.
  15. Has anyone decided to cut the cord on your ridiculous cable bill and go with an HD antenna? Ive been tossing around the idea of using an antenna and paying for internet only so I can use services like netflix, hulu, amazon, etc. Could probably save around $1500 - $2000 a year by doing so.
  16. that's actually really funny considering that's a pic of an early 2000's Silverado!!! lmao
  17. Flyers here, I like what Hextall is doing with the team. Im anxious to see how this year goes for them.

    I Missed TIA

Hey guys, its been a little while since Ive been around the forum. Just got married a few weeks ago now that thats finally behind us, I have time to think again. Unfortunately there weren't any new tools in our registry gifts  but the good news is, with some of the money we received we will be doing some more updates to the house. So I guess Ill just have to pick out the jobs that requires buying new tools first haha!! Hope I didnt miss out on too much while I was away and I hope everyone is doing well! Next job is new countertops and back splash, sink, faucet and new cabinet hardware. This will finally finish off our kitchen. Then is a little demo work to make a half wall.
  19. as a Flyers fan, its was really really nice to see Kimo lift that cup
  20. Looks great!! I really like how those stairs came out!!
  21. I personally like to stay away from "made in china" but we all know thats not as easy as it sounds. Sometimes I buy things I think are made in the US, only to find out they got bought out or are now manufactured in china. I mean, I dont have a real issue with it... As long as the quality is there, it doesnt really matter where its made. But thats the problem, stuff made in china doesnt always have the best quality control.
  22. The headlight housings are stock. It was part of the harley package. Also riding on nitto terra grapplers now. Didnt like the street summer tires on a pickup, just didnt go.
  23. Nice truck!! Im the same way, I never liked Ram until recently. Still love my Fords tho! Heres mine, 06 Harley F150 Awd. Had her since 07 and has been the absolute best, most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. This truck owes me nothing.
  24. Haha oh man, at first I thought I saw "any shop lifters in here"
