Milwaukee sold to TTI which is basically a marketing company. Everything they do is marketing. Can't really blame them for hyping up things or rebranding "features" it makes people buy stuff. UPS is a total scam. Next time, tell them you want to self broker. You can take the forms to customs, pay a few dollars if required and get your stuff. I ordered a $175 dollar item from the states. UPS tells me there is a $75 brokerage fee, $30 handling fee and taxes of $32. I asked them how the fees were almost as much as the purchase, they said that's what it costs. I took my forms to customs, paid $18 in tax and was on my way. I have no idea how they get away with this, preying on people's good intentions like that. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Too bad they are no longer the family run company that stood for quality. Kind of like Milwaukee, sell the name and whore it out. At least TTi isn't completely ruining Milwaukee's reputation. That's just his "persona" when he reviews. He is a smart guy despite the goofy mispronunciations. The thing I like is that he is equally hard on all tools. He is a machinist and he applies that knowledge to tools. The build quality is what really interests him and most of his viewers. To that end, just using a tool for awhile only tells you it does what it is supposed to. It doesn't give you insight into the overall quality and longevity. I for one appreciate the detail of his reviews, the time he takes to research what the housings a made of etc... He really seems bummed about Milwaukee selling out to TTI and Ryobi licensing its name only to TTI, same with Rigid. I had no idea there was such a huge difference between them. How the heck do you even prevent that? I was cutting stucco with my angle grinder and a concrete/masonry diamond disc and the dust was everywhere is a seconds. I don't have 3 hands to hold a shop vac at the same time! FYI, if you need an amazing diamond cutting disc, don't hesitate to buy the Hilti. Those are meant for dry locations only. Might not want to put those outside. The electronics are not potted and the boards are not made out of anything corrosion resistant. No gaskets to keep moisture out either. Almost disposable for that price! I am not sold on fixtures you have to throw away when the electronics fail. Sure they say the LEDs will last 40000 hours, but the electronics won't. The last thing we need is more junk in landfills. That and the heat generated by the electronics stays right up there, cooking itself and guaranteed to be discolored within a few months. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

The problem with right angle impacts and drills is the lack of leverage. Your hand is much lower from the area you need to apply force. This causes the bits to easily cam out. The solution is two use two hands which makes it very awkward in tight spaces. The Rigid seems to place your hand directly behind the bit, allowing for easy one handed use and proper application of force. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
