Conductor should be ok as he is a Union Rep he doesn't conduct too many trains anymore unless he was doing a ride along or something. The derailment was about an hour east of me on my territory and both crew members were my guys. 1 local went to the hospital complaining of inhalation, but most of those cases are just someone looking for a payday.They aren't hurt and the track conditions due to weather was to blame. Is that something the epa steps in and deals with of is the railway responsible for cleanup of the debris and all the cobtainmanated soil and water??
