jbw55 Posted September 10, 2015 Report Posted September 10, 2015 Excellent service from Milwaukee.....and that's why there #1, to me anyway 1
DR99 Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 It's probably easier and cheaper for them to swap it out than attempt to repair it. It's good to hear that Milwaukee has good service.

redmed Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 One of the reasons I use Milwaukee. Now if only my car dealer would give service like that!
Nordraw Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 I like it when they don't break and you don't have to send them back but nice to know that they will make it right for you.
DiverDn Posted September 11, 2015 Report Posted September 11, 2015 I've had great luck with their customer service, they converted me!

electromage Posted September 15, 2015 Report Posted September 15, 2015 Thanks for posting this! I think I'm going to standardize on Milwaukee, and hearing about good CS helps a lot. I've been stuck with some total junk after being stonewalled by rude companies. It's not a good feeling.
