Good Day Crew!

I just read a post about a new DeWalt 40v chainsaw.  I wonder how well it will perform, has anybody here tried other battery powered chainsaws? If so, how well do they work?  I'm in the market for a new chainsaw, and I will be buying some of the 40v DeWalt outdoor equipment for next season.

I have the Makita 36 volt chainsaw and love it, I wonder how it would perform against the Dewavt 40 volt??? Tool fight in the works.....

Is the 36v the 12" bar? I know they have a smaller 5" bar as well but can't remember if it is 18v or 36v.

MSA 200 C-BQ Stihl for me!

How do you like the Stihl? All I own are gas powered Stihl saws, but have nothing but good things to say about them.

Which cordless chainsaws have you Trier chadlantier?

I only have a very limited experience only with the Makita dual 18v chainsaw and that thing had power enough. I really need to push my Wright on it tot stall it out.

It does have a slow chain speed which makes it cut slower then a gasoline powered saw of course :)
