Petro0311
Maybe it's never been used... Maybe he rubbed his hands in grease, smeared it all over and is now asking 100.

redmed
If it was a Fuel I would try to deal with him, but a non fuel is not worth the breath.

khariV
Beat up tools that are being sold without a charger make me think that they walked out of someone's shop when that someone wasn't looking. jbw55
You can bet what ever this guy works on ends up looking just as grimey as that tool....
DR99
That tool isn't worth 20 bucks to me. You could never get Milwaukee to warranty it if anything breaks. I get tools get dirty from use but they don't need to end up like that unless your working in a coal mine!!
stainlessstroker95
I work at a coal mine, and this is our impact. Been around for at least 4 years.
DR99
I think your real coal mine Impact Wrench is cleaner Stainless!! They need to swap your M28 with a M18 Fuel High Torque though
Conductor562
Service in a coal mine is a true test of any tools merit. I will also add that the most resourceful people I know are miners. Most of them can fix anything
stainlessstroker95
Oh you aren't telling me anything new. That is one heavy, awkward , no power impact. It just got a new battery though. Haha. I would like to see them trade in the grease gun fleet to but that's not going to happen. They just get sent off and repaired (cleaned). And yes we put tools to the test here.
Bremon
The tool in the OP is a fuel model. Look closely. Under the grime the white lettering is gone but the word is still there. It also has the full overmold on the handle, without the red lightning cut out. I'd hazard a guess it's a 2655. 4.0 battery also makes me think Fuel, since someone who treats his tools like garbage doesn't buy more expensive batteries than necessary. Tool still isn't worth much in that condition though. No respect.
dwain
I'm not so sure. A bit of metho on a rag and that might clean up reasonably well. I can't see any obvious signs of actual damage. WIth a 4.0Ah battery it could be a decent deal, especially if he could be haggled down a little.

Usually this dirt and grease will clean off pretty well. I've had ratchet handles look like that and they clean up very well.
