Schavo22
I'm a righty but like the blade on the left of the motor like the wormdrive saws. I knew bosch made a sidewinder with this setup but I just read a bunch of reviews on amazon and thought there were too many complaints from people about the motor burning out after a few months of regular use and also cheap build quality. Me being a bosch fan boy, this is sad news but I did find out that milwaukee also makes a left handed corded sidewinder (6391-21) that got amazing reviews so I might go with that one. Does anyone own a bosch non wormdrive that has been reliable or know of a any other good quality corded left handed sidewinders? I'm hoping these amazon reviews are inaccurate and sometimes I feel like people who review on amazon don't know a drill from an impact driver. Thanks
jeffmcmillan
I've used a milwaukee sidewinder and it's plenty powerful and durable, but the weight it a big drawback. Take a look at the Milwaukee and Makita brushless circular saws. Newer cordless circular saws have the power and runtime to work well and are a good deal lighter than corded models. Schavo22
I have bosch 18v. I think 2016 is their year to update the circular saw and recip saw. Then again I thought it was bosch's year to do that in 2013 then 2014 and then I was sure it would definitely happen 2015
DR99
I don't think Bosch is in a rush as they own the Skill Saw brand.
Fazzman
Why not get a Skilsaw? They are pretty darn good.
JimboS1ice
I was looking at getting a skilsaw worm drive but have been looking at the Makita hypoid, magnesium of course but it's supposed to be a real good saw, lot of good reviews and it is a left blade design.JimboSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Schavo22
I have an older wormdrive. I heard the new ones are lighter but it's the length of them that I find bothersome
dg1127
I got the Bosch cs5 which is left handed no complaints here best left handed saw was the porter cable with the magnesium shoe but porter cable went to shit in the past 10 years Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
