  1. No way! If Bosch changed their color to purple I'd dump all my Milwuakee stuff! Well, no, but I'd definitely get some new tools!
  2. I don't even really need the one 4.0ah battery I have, but I really want about three of those...
  3. Yeah, I forgot about the right angle impact, though I think I've only used my right angle drill once, just to play with it.
  4. There's a ton of good ratchets out there.... Snap On Dual 80s or their Bahco clones Armstrong MAXX Wright I want to give the Proto version of the Facom Palm Control ratchet a try SK have a following, though I don't really like them I like my GW XP120 The Pittsburg Pros with the red and black comfort grip are pretty smooth and hellaciously strong... I had to remove an over torqued lug nut and little 340# me was bouncing nearly all my weight on the end of the long handle, probably 450+ ft.lb.

    Hilti!!!

Gotta agree. There is no earthly reason for a hack like me needs Hilti. I'm not sure I need all the capability built into my M12 stuff! LOL But Hilti is the bee's knees for a pro who really beats on his tools.
  6. 3/8" impact wrench Fuel Impact driver Fuel Hammer drill Fuel Hackzall brushed Right angle drill brushed In order of most used to least Want: OMT Fuel screwdriver Rotary tool European market 1/2" impact wrench Ratchets 1/4" and 3/8"
  7. Without the truck coming to your door to fix stuff you broke.
  8. Well, it's not like the US is a big market or anything.... LOL Bosch does have a lot of 12v stuff I kinda like, like Chris said they are significantly smaller than the M12 stuff. The cutoff/grinder thing is something I could find a use for, and when they offer the drill and impact driver both in brushless, I may take the plunge (bonus points if they offer the pocket driver in brushless, double bonus points if they offer a 1/4" and 3/8" square drive impactor).
  9. Well, that's, like, your opinion, man! I will give you that one. I wanted to go to Ralph's and buy a quart of half and half with a check, but I didn't think they'd take one from 1000 miles away. Careful, man, there's a beverage here!
  10. Yeah, one of those, too. I bought a bunch of 4" wheels when a semi-local tool joint closed, and that would be way too easy to just use them on one (of my three!) 4.5" grinders. But the real reason is I always want something I can't have. Hello Bosch 12v brushless impact driver, Milwaukee Fuel M12 1/2" impact wrench, Hazet hand tools....
  11. Can the drawers on Husky boxes be re-arranged? I like this box http://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-34-in-W-7-Drawer-Tool-Cabinet-Black-H347TR/205494688 but I want to have a deeper drawer on top to place my sockets (including 1/2" drive deep) in Hansen trays....
  12. Man, I'd love to get my grubby paws on a 4" Metabo.....
  13. Agree on the Menards, pass on the In-N-Out. When I was working in SoCal I found their burgers to be.... adequate. I have Burgerville local and I much prefer the Tillamook Pepper Bacon Cheeseburger over anything at In-N-Out.
  14. First I'd stop by the Ford dealer and get a new Super Duty, then I'd drive to Woodcraft and get all the Festool stuff I might think I would use, plus the Systainer edition Fein Multimaster. Then go looking for a big piece of property. Luckily, I don't fit in Corvettes, GT40s, Ferraris, or Jaguars. I might try to get a 911 Turbo modified to where I can fit my legs in....
  15. For me that would be a weight loss tool... IHOP and I don't agree, and I'll leave it at that.
  16. Hey Dwain. Do Bosch, Fein or Metabo offer 4" angle grinders in Oz? Pretty much all I've found here is the Makita (which I have and really like). Thanks, man!
  17. Looking forward to find out how you like the bit sockets when you get a little use on them...
  18. If I had the spare coin laying around, I would have a bunch of these Nepros rails.... Image stolen from Google
  19. I have a bunch of Hansen Global trays, and a couple of the Kobalt copies. I like them, but the use a bunch of space. I'm starting to think I may pick up some of the rails used by Carlyle or Gearwrench (aside from color, they appear identical). I don't know what I will do when I get more than one 3/4" drive socket.....
  20. Heck, if one of you guys would give me your CC number, I'd walk out of there with three corded circular saws and a Bosch Miter saw...
  21. Well, yeah, kinda. I got a screaming deal on the Fein, so the Bosch was about 60% of the cost of the Fein. I understand that the 1380 is Bosch's economy model, and I suppose it fills it's role adequately, but for me personally, I should be looking a little more upmarket. What the heck, that's why they sell Metabo and Fein, right?
  22. Well, it's noisy, feels kinda junky, and doesn't have much power. I'll admit that it is pretty light in the hand, but I'm an oversized brute and like the ergos of my 5" Fein much better.

    Board Cutter

Well, they make an 18v coffee maker, so that IS a logical progression....
  24. I would guess 4.5" grinders and accessories outsell 4" and 5" combined by 5:1, maybe more. I'm curious about the grinder as well. I bought one of the 1380 Slims and it's almost soured me from Bosch. I like my DeWalt grinder MUCH more than I like the Slim, and if you know how I feel about DeWalt, that speaks volumes....
