  1. I was thinking I saw a Chebby Colorado, but on second thought, I believe it was Hilti.

    New tools

I have that same square. Works well and is shiny blue, LOL.
  3. It's okay. You're among fellow dorks.
  4. Now we're talking! Might have to look into these....
  5. Thanks, guys. Travis, have you used Neiko before?
  6. Does anybody make them? My kid plays on a number of play structures that are put together with Security Torx, and I'd like to be able to tighten up some loose fasteners when I come across them, but being basically lazy by nature, I'd like to be able to use my Milwaukee 2454, 2453, or 2653 impact driver/wrenches, so either a 3/8" square drive or a 1/4" hex would work. I THINK they are T25 size, but may be bigger. Thanks, fellas....
  7. Okay, spill. What am I going to be buying for my new Festool stuff when Powerball comes through for me? LOL
  8. As far as receipts, I still have a flatbed scanner. For manuals, pretty much everything is available as a .pdf, so I'm not a diligent as I should be.
  9. Decided to work on some ramps for working on vehicles. Broke out a B&D sidewinder circular saw (it came with the house), my M12 Fuel impact driver, an M12 non-Fuel Hackzall, a Makita LXT18 drill, a Bosch ROS, a square, a couple of Estwing hammers, an Estwing prybar, and a couple of C-clamps. I'm sure I could have gotten by with about half the tools...
  10. If yer gonna screw up a vehicle, doing that to the automotive hermaphrodite (the modern El Camino) seems like the best way to go.
  11. Must...... Have...... That, and some of those badass black cases....

    12v lineup

I forgot about one: the Euro market gets a Fuel 1/2" impact wrench, should I get the courage to risk ordering one....

I like my M12 stuff a lot, though I don't have anything on your list. What I do have: Fuel hammer drill Fuel 1/4" impact driver Fuel 3/8" impact wrench Right angle drill Hackzall For me, FOR ME, the angle drill has been essentially useless, not because it's a bad tool, I just haven't had a need for it. The Hackzall is useful, but somewhat limited by lack of power. I far and away like and use the impact wrench the most (that may speak more about the vehicles I drive more than anything else). Down the road I'd like to get the two ratchets, the 1/4" impact wrench, the circular saw, and a flashlight or two.
  14. Obviously, Hilti or Metabo.
  15. How are they holding up, Travis?
  16. As far as I know, they are rebrands, made by Knipex, not clones. The package does say made in Germany, right?
  17. Unless you are talking about 1/4 sheet sanders or sidewinder circular saws, Milwaukie all the way. Yellow is ugly. How's that for a well thought out, fact based decision? LOL
  18. Yeah, I got this site fairly frequently. There's so many choices, that I get paralysis through analysis. Ash, the site owner, is a member at GJ and seems like a pretty good guy. One of these days, soon...
  19. I'd be pretty happy with a little moisture. My lawn is fifty shades of brown. I just can't bring myself to water it, water is too damn expensive..
  20. Thanks, man! I can't believe I missed this!
  21. Okay, just looked, didn't see it at Tool Box Buzz. Somebody else, or did I just not go back far enough?
  22. My one and only experience with CPO went smoothly, but I bought a new tool (M12 Fuel impact wrench). A co-worker placed an order that I got in on, and my grinder box had a little oil on it but the grinder was fine (and a Fein, LOL). I'll be keeping an eye open from now on...
  23. Not to be the anal-retentive German Virgo that I am, but are the 2753 and 2754 even out yet? I think the current models are 2653 and 2654 (and I would lobe a boot for my 2654...).
