  1. Not until October, right? With that, I loved his quotes today. " Prior to this incident, I had never been in trouble my entire life". How he can say that with a straight face is unbelievable... but so is killing your ex-wife and her friend, so what do I know. SMH
  2. I agree, that would be refreshing. I have talked to our local Milwaukee rep on numerous occasions... with that, I have yet to hear him complement another company, other than Bosch with their lasers. Also, I have only heard him say something bad about one or two things with Milwaukee, which isn't totally truthful as not all of their products are 100% dynamite in the field. It's is job, which I get... but I trust reviews on here and Home Depot more so than his.
  3. So true... I have yet to see a video where the manufacturer shows someone else's product being better than their own. I think it would be tough to sell your product if you conceded that.
  4. We have been using the DeWALT brushless wrench for some giant lags and through bolts on a glulam structure. Have not used it too much, but from what I can tell it seems to be awesome.
  5. Does anyone have any of the specs on this? Looks cool, ill be curious to see the review.
  6. @HiltiWpg I totally agree. As I have said, the price is slightly concerning to me. However, I would like to see the actual system in person so I can see if it is practical for my current trade. I will be more likely to spend my money if they system is as strong and awesome as all the videos seem to make it out to be.
  7. @khariV Touché', sir. With us, we are responsible for about 75% of our tools, so that doesn't happen as much. Other than table saw, miter saw, hole hawg, etc., we have to supply everything else... which is why our wage is higher in this region. However, I know exactly what you are talking about, as we have subs who don't own the actual tools they are using and they treat them like crap... which is easy to do if you don't have a soul and don't care about the company you work for. 8. I have heard similar things about their brad nailer. With that, I have heard good things about the 15A and the 16A, which confused me since they were al released at the same time.
  9. @Grumpy MSG Doesn't DeWALT own the rights to Porter Cable?
  10. @SetBuilder, thanks for sharing. I agree with the post above, seems like a decent amount of money to spend. Woof.

    New Sander

That seems pretty cutting edge. It will be cool to see some of the online reviews.
  12. With the technology that they have and the results of their previous Flexvolt tools, I would be highly surprised if it wasn't at least comparable. @Rammstein2609
  13. @Race2win01 I think you will be okay, it doesn't seem like the legs are too long.
  14. @JMG I would be happy if they would just make one for us folk here in the States! Regardless of it being corded or cordless, it would be nice to have another option.
  15. @Big Adam you lucky dog! Both look awesome, thanks for sharing. I guess my only complaint for the marker is that the common person is going to be stuck getting a Porter Cable or a Makita... which is fine, but there are just limited options here in the States.
  16. @KnarlyCarlSweet buys, congrats. Please let us know how you like the Hawg!
  17. @FlaveNico yeah, that's a really solid deal!
  18. @BK13 No, just normal. My apologies, I didn't read your prior post about what model for Milwaukee you were exactly talking about. I have no skin in this, as I don't own a surge. FB82
  19. Yeah, I agree with @jkeating3. Love the tray for circular saw, etc.
  20. Yeah... I still think you should do it. We would all like to see what you have spent your hard earned money on! :?
  21. I didn't even really consider something for a cordless model, I was just wondering about a corded tool. It seems like most of their woodworking stuff is really good, so it's weird to me that they have not developed something yet.
  22. I would question if it is delayed because of the suspect reviews on their finish/trim nail guns? Total guess, but I cant imagine any company releasing something that they know could be average at best, especially when they have gotten recent feedback on a product that they released. Total speculation, obviously.
  23. Was thinking about actual wood working tools... and Dewalt comes to mind as a decent player for that application. Nail guns, planer, palm sander, table saw, miter saw, etc. Do they not make a belt sander? Or am I just misinformed? Of the big four, my knowledge says that only Makita makes one? Note - Big four = DeWALT, Bosch, Milwaukee, Makita
  24. 100% agree. Table saws can already be a little sketchy, let alone when it's not one mounted system. Couldn't ever see myself using something like this.
