  1. I have the right angle drill too. I know it's m12, but I don't think it's great, by any means.
  2. Lately I feel I have been getting more into my hand tools. I guess in the back of my mind I know that every manufacturer will always come out with a better battery platform, newer tools, etc. With hand tools I guess if you take care of them and don't lose them they should, in theory, last forever? In a perfect world.
  3. Awesome!!! I was just writing last week on how I am looking into getting some! Keep us posted on how you like them!
  4. Not really a work thing today, just trying to clean and organize my garage. As you can see in this small sample sized photo, I just have stuff all over at the moment. Unfortunately, I live In hail country during the summer, so I have to have space in the garage to pull a car in. Otherwise, I would probably never have the miter saw or table saw folded up against the wall. Also, I feel like I do this about monthly... then I buy something new and start the process all over again trying to create room and remaining organized. The life of a craftsman.. I guess?
  5. I apologize, I can't say that I own a pair of their pliers. All I have is their wrenches and the socket set, which I do like.
  6. I actually like the DEWALT ratcheting wrenches a lot. I have every one on the SAE side, all the way to 1"1/4. Also, I have a small 3/8" socket set too. I think their hand tools are awesome, personally.
  7. Yeah, those ratchets are awesome. I'm with you, when they come out I see myself getting the 3/8" for sure and possibly the 1/4".
  8. I got to set some pre-hung doors for a buddy today. Tools used: paslode 16g cordless nailer, stabila 16", 32", 78" levels, pry bar and multi tool for cutting shims. Not really liking the paslodes anymore, I'm debating about getting DEWALT or Milwaukee cordless nailers.
  9. I use the milwaukee app as well, however, I don't do it as religiously as I should. I should probably just set something up on excel so I can keep a better track of costs, purche date, etc.
  10. Kinda on the topic... the company where I work does lots of hospital work.... so they are going with dust extraction for all hammer drills... they even like the Fuel M12 one for small overhead drilling.
  11. Similar literally any manufacturer warning, this is just a precaution. After more research I personally won't be sweating this whatsoever. Just use a little common sense, and you'll be fine.
  12. Had a blast setting this glulam beam. It's the first of roughly 30 to set. The seat cut fit perfectly on the first one, we shall see how they go the rest of the way. The tools used on this, spud wrench by Klein, DeWalt 1/2" impact, Milwaukee Fuel 1/4" Impact, Bosch angle finder, Stabila 4' level, plumb bob, common sense
  13. Geez, that seems like a pretty good deal! Keep us posted, I'll be curious to hear your opinion of it. FB82
  14. I guess if anything, the fan is just another way to say you have all the same products that Milwaukee, Makita, etc. have.
  15. Yeah, just like anything additional safety information just covers the manufacturer. Until I hear about a fire or someone getting hurt... I'll chose to use my stress elsewhere.
  16. I see a lot more use for the one with a recip saw, personally.
  17. Sweet jig, seems like it would work just fine for an edge guide.
  18. Thanks for the info. Stickers are always a plus.... with that, I will make sure I send him a message to so I can get going in the right direction. Thanks again!
  19. Damn, well that's good to know. I appreciate the info!
  20. Woah! Congrats, the mid torque looks awesome! I'll be curious to hear about your findings!
  21. I'll be good, only 2,000 miles away from any potential hurricane... haha
  22. So I have read multiple posts on the Wera Screwdriver, I guess I would just like to know if they are really that good of a screwdriver? I guess in comparison to Klein, which is what I have now? Also, do most people purchase them online? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, FB82
  23. Good lord! Yeah, that is an absolute smoking deal. Holy smokes. Well worth the investment, in my opinion.
  24. Woah! First glance that thing looks intriguing! Other than the price tag, lol. FB82
  25. Yeah, the Makita should be interesting too. I guess I have not seen, but is it similar to the flexvolt where you can plug in as well?
