wildroamer
That does look like a sweet deal... Anyone have thoughts on this compared to the ROS I already have? I have the Bosch ROS20VSK.

I have the Bosch ROS20VSK.The cynical part of me says that this is better because it's a festool. I still bought one, so it's not a criticism and I can't back it up with facts, but there it is. wildroamer
Well, I doubt I'd be kicking myself for buying it, but could definitely see myself doing so if I miss out. Near as I can tell it was selling for around $250 at one point. Any guesses as to whether I purchased or not? hehehehe...
DR99
50 dollars for a Festool sander including a systainer is an easy sell
overanalyze
I ordered one and I have the older version and the Rotex. The price is rediculous!! The cord, systainer, and sandpaper assortment is worth $99...the sander is free...lol! Sent from my SM-T310 using Tapatalk
John Glassey
Wow a whole bunch of us just became festool snobs. Kapex next lolSent from my iPad using Tapatalk
DR99
I'm honestly surprised Festool did this and priced the sander this low
wildroamer
I see what they did. Like the heroin dealer who gives out free samples... He knows you'll be back!
regopit
This deal is to hard to pass up. I know that The hole pattern Is for Festool sandpaper you can use other brands but the holes don't line up as well so the dust extraction is not as good. This will be my 4 Festool sander.
DR99
The proprietary sand paper kinda sucks.

Try Mirka paper too Regopit. Obviously Festool makes the best paper out there but the mesh paper from Mirka is a friggin fantastic and DC is awesome.

wildroamer
Hmmmm, maybe the TS55REQ! Maybe they'll have a black Friday sale?
DR99
That's the next tool I want is the TS55REQ or the HKC 55. Festool also has a wireless way to activate their dust extractors now if your using cordless tools. http://www.toolnut.com/festool/new-festool-tools/maxsys-wireless-remote-for-festool-ct-dust-extractors.html
ChrisK
got both of those Jason. Slick machines! The remote seems gimmicky and meh but that TS55REQ and HKC55 are simply powerful elements work horses that'll last through any abuse and cut slick as snot.
