Few hours a day in the gym.. about 195 lbs 6-pack abs, the whole 9 yards.. now... 10 years later I'm tipping the scales around 260 and the only 6 pack I've seen in a damn long time is sitting in my fridge! Just dropped by urgent care for a nagging ankle injury and I missed weight guess by .6 pound... 335.6. Blood pressure was good, though....
