Custom Smoker for the bigger family ...

That's crazy. That guy likes to wring every ounch of flavor out of his smoke by recirculating it from the bottom to the two top smoker pod things. Well looking closer it's really a bbq with smokers up away from the hot bottom part. I like the way he did that. He can bbq over direct high heat on the bottom and still smoke low and slow at the same time on top.
