midogrumpy
Hi, Autumn / Fall is just around the corner; THere are now 4 Garden tools in the 40V max categorie any rumors (can be very unofficial) on two more 20v maxlike hedge trimmer ? (avail in 40v max)chain saw ? (avail in 40v max) cheersmike
DR99
Nothing so far. Hopefully they expand it beyond the string trimmer and leaf blower. Hedge trimmers would be nice. The only thing is I wonder if the 20v battery pack has enough balls to run a decent sized chainsaw.

DR99
Makes sense as that's when Dewalt launched the 40v yard tools.

madman_us
nice video.i can imagine you need all those garden tools sometimes i wish to have grass in my yard too haha
JoshMurrah
I think the chainsaw is wishful thinking, and will probably stay 40v. I do expect/hope/bank on there being a 20v hedge trimmer. You don't need 40v for that, and all the other makers including the lower tier Black/Decker carry a 20v sized hedge trimmer.

Gatorb888
They are working on another 20v tool, should launch in time for spring.
William S
It would have been nice if they went the Makita route and went with 2 20V batteries instead of the insanely expensive 40V. I mean everyone has a handful of 20V batteries.
