  1. Hell yeah! That's how we did it in the woods. Just remember, if you heat a can of soup, vent in. They can be explosive, and soup burning on the block and manifold stinks. Lol
  2. Good review Reg. I would never buy that light anyway, but I appreciate the honesty. I also agree with the string lights, although I bought mine instead of made it.
  3. I've heard some LED lights can cause interference for garage door remotes. More info here: http://www.leapfroglighting.com/led-lamps-interfering-with-radio-transmissions/
  4. It doesn't work on my mobile either. I have to use a tablet or desktop.
  5. Greetings fellow Earthling!
  6. That's because there's always four guys with shovels working on the same pot hole and at least two supervisors telling them how to do it.
  7. We have what's called spring breakup here. Most county and city roads, and some state highways are shut down to large trucks, to prevent damage to roads.
  8. If I needed bike parts I could browse that market all day.
  9. There are specific chains for ripping. I think the rakers are different. Though they are made for mills, not recommended for handheld due to harsh kickback. I don't know how it would work with a beam saw. Since you're new to chain you may want to give this page a read. http://www.sawmillchainsaws.com/sawchains.htm
  10. I picked up the DCS355D1 20v Max XR Oscillating Multi-Tool Kit as one of the tools for my bathroom remodel. I'm totally impressed with it. I had some dry rot around the tub that needed cot out. That thing cut through two layers of linoleum, 1/4in ply, another two layers of linoleum, 3/4in ply, a layer of the old tar down linoleum tiles, and the old, hard as the back of your head, 1/2in shiplap like butter. Had I known there were that many layers I would have budgeted in replacing the floor. Oh well another project for another time. I had an electrician friend come over and wire in a new fan and switch box, I let him borrow it to do the cut in, and he loves it. He begged me to trade for his Fein.
  11. I saw a couple of homebrew decks for gas trimmers on YouTube a few years ago. Too bad they didn't patent them. I guess if you have a really small yard it would be ok.
  12. He'll slink in all metro-Bavarian wearing his woodworking apron, work capris, and crocs.
  13. You shoot this? If so that's an awesome capture.
  14. Prairie doggin= turtle headin=poo peekaboo.
  15. That's exactly what I was going to say. Chickens or guinea fowl. Guinea fowl are also good for snakes.
  16. The 4ah batteries do have higher max discharge than 2ah. Some manufacturers, with some tools, seem to take advantage with boosted performance while sacrificing at least some of the run time advantage. I would assume that a circular saw would be a conatant draw, so that blade rpm wouldn't be affected. I'm not hacking on your saw test, but there is a lot to consider with a saw. In order for a truely accurate test you would need a new blade for each test to account for dulling. Then there's density of material, and a constant pushing speed/pressure.
