  1. I second the cordless sawzall option as well. I had the same issue at my house, I have some snowmobile trails on my property and I need to clear out the overgrowth and brush every year. The chainsaw would have been a nice option, but it has limited use once you're done. Where as a cordless recip/sawzall can be used for this task as well as other projects, I picked up the Porter and Cable unit with a 4.0 battery along with a long pruning blade and it works out great. Here's a review I did of it.
  2. I feel compelled to write all over the building with a black sharpie,
  3. Congrats on the meter. It's nice to be nominated, but it's a lot better when you win!
  4. That's a blue tooth speaker. I use it all of the time when working around the house. I stream Pandora through it.
  5. I'm in the process of painting the kitchen and decided to change the outlets and faceplates from almond to white to match the trim. So off to Home Depot I went. While I was looking at outlets I came across a Leviton USB / Receptacle. What a great idea, you don't need to worry about the dozens of chargers that you have for all of the different devices. Just plug the cable into the outlet and your done. I think I'm going to go grab a couple more of them now. $20
  6. Finally scored one of these today. Now I just need to reorganize the garage and make a home of it.
  7. No doubt on the TIA tagging. I have some stickers I can gladly put on. I need to get out and clean the garage.. It looks like a bomb went off in it.
  8. Went on a mission this morning to visit 3 stores with hopes of finding one. I lucked out and found a store in Enfield CT that had 10 of them still in the shrink wrap on top of the steel racks. Had to wait about 20 min for the staff to clear out the aisle and pull it down but it was worth it. I can't believe how quiet it is in comparison. Husky - 68DB Craftsman Pancake - 85DB Powermate Vertical 98DB
  9. I would love to get a Rolair, but the only problem is that I'm limited to HD for options. My stepson gave me a $250 gift card for Christmas. I would mainly using the compressor for small jobs. Doing trim in the house and small projects in the garage. I'm actually considering selling the big vertical compressor since I never really use it anymore since I've switched over to battery powered impacts and wrenches.
  10. I'm in the market for a small compressor. I currently have a 35 gallon Oil free vertical that will make you deaf when it's running and a 5 gallon pancake compressor that make you semi-deaf when it's running. I'm going to replace the pancake compressor and I've been looking at some of the the smaller units and I was going to pick up the Husky Silent Flow, but it looks like that has gone EOL and is no longer listed on HD's site. So I've been considering the following anyone have experience with any of them? Main goal is too have something that's quiet and good portability. http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-2-5-Gal-Portable-Electric-Heavy-Duty-200-PSI-Quiet-Trim-Air-Compressor-DWFP55130/205117108 http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-2-5-Gal-Portable-Electric-Heavy-Duty-200-PSI-Quiet-Trim-Air-Compressor-DWFP55130/205117108 http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-1-gal-Portable-Electric-Trim-Air-Compressor-D55140/202019874
  11. I just call them "The Shit" because that's what they are. I love the Cobras, they are my go to tool as of late.
  12. I pretty much have the entire 20V Porter Cable lineup at this point, I'm very satisfied with them.
  13. Pandora has been set to shuffle between Pink Floyd and Black Label Society for the past couple of weeks. It provides a pretty good mix,
  14. Looks great Mike. What product did you use?
  15. Eric - Everything looks great. Thanks for all of the hard work. Only suggestion that I have is kinda the same gripe I had on the other format. Anyway to change the color of the font on the following so there is more of a contrast? Kinda hard too see at times.,
  16. That's crap since you were expecting the backing to be plywood which strengthens the entire box.
  17. Probably one of the best shows to ever hit television.
  18. Shitty Drill cleaning the Shitter. Seems about right.
  19. Hopefully in this order. 1. Paint the kitchen and continue the flooring from the Sunroom into the kitchen. 2. Replace the 5 windows in the Sunroom in the spring 3. Put up fence in the back yard to complete "the Big Fill" 4. Fire Pit 5. Garage Doors 6. Shed/Garage Extension Other than that i got nothing.
