  1. Great video, I watched it today during my lunch.
  2. Doing it yourself is a great justification to purchase tools for the job versus hiring it out and when the job is done you still have the tool!
  3. Best way to drink those is over ice. The colder the better.
  4. I'd buy it just for the chrome if I didn't already have 2 Rigids
  5. I should be around 100% but there's stuff for the life of me that I can't find around the house or garage. I'll find all of it when I move....
  6. watched it today while at work! I didn't realize that the Italian Protos offered a one way ratchet, pretty unique.
  7. Let me how you like it. I'm into my 3rd year of 13 ECO Cruze and now that gas in under $2.00 a gallon. I'm wishing I had something a little bigger,
  8. Nice work space that you've created!
  9. Will do on the flooring. We've decided to paint the kitchen before we put the flooring down. No sense worrying about paint splatter if we don't have too. So I'll be prepping the space on Saturday and hopefully be painting by Sunday. The kitchen is going to be a PIA. since there are 6 doors and 2 windows along with the cabinets. Wood work is all stained and will not be painted. So needless to say lot of taping and cutting in will be done. I'm not looking forward to it. As far as the tools. The mess has been transplanted into the garage. Nothing has been put away yet. I need a bigger garage. lol
  10. Thanks Mike! It was a good winter project. Now I can collect all the tools that have been laying around in the entryway and put them back into the garage. LOL
  11. Yes, when the total came up I thought they scanned in too many. It's crazy what they charge for these things. My wife likes them so I told her happy Valentine's Day. Lol
  12. It's a valve issue in the head that a couple of members have already mentioned.

    New Video?

Actually, Dan is going to start 3D printing copies of his cat and sending them out as prizes.
  14. This topic falls into the great argument of "Want versus Need" Do I want to go out and buy some of the best and innovative out there? Hell yes, but for most of the work I do, I can get by with my current arsenal. For example, my miter saw is probably the biggest POS I currently own. It's off 4* from true 90* . I've made marks on the table to account for the error. But for myself, it's adequate for what I use it for and the amount of times I need to use it throughout the year. Now that I think about it. I really should replace the piece of junk. LOL
  15. Look's good, Can't wait to see it with the detail work done.
  16. Yep, went to charge one of my 20V battery's that was out in the garage overnight and the charger was having none of it.
  17. I think I'm ready to call this project done. Spent today doing all of the final paint, threshold in the bathroom and installing cordless cellular shades. The shades were expensive, $215, I almost choked at the register when I bought them. Only thing that's left is to order the table and continue the flooring into the kitchen, (That's the reason for the painters tape and wax paper it's covering the adhesive strip). Thanks to the crew for all of the advice and kind words. It's been great to have everyone's feedback as I worked through it.
  18. I have 2 of these and I've been very happy with them.
  19. That box will fit in with the rest of the house. I think the electrician who originally wired the house hated children since most of the switches are 60" or more from the floor and the outlets are all over the place. Lol
  20. Yes, I screwed that up. I had a brainfart when I set the box. I just eye balled it and it came back to haunt me I've already cut the plate so it fits. I'm just waiting for the paInt on it to dry. I painted it the same color as the door hardware so it matches. I need to change the outlet as well. It's currently almond but it needs to be white. Probably have about half a day left between the paint and the other items before we can call it done. Just finished the shoe molding about an hour ago.
