So is this limited to gifts from other people or can we count gifts we give ourselves because my relatives wouldn't understand why I really needed a BR700 and a set of new woodpecker T-Squares?

It doesn't matter who paid for it. Post it up!

The kids hooked me up with the complete series of The Sopranos on Blu-Ray.

Mrs. Conductor stayed true to form and got me the 7 Piece Hammer & Dolly set from Eastwood I was eyeing. It's a big step for her to order tools for me without my verifying it's the right thing, but she did good. She also got me the Key to Metal Bumping, the definitive start up guide for decades.

These are not Martin quality tools, but for what I do, I don't need Martin quality nor could a Martin price be justified.

There is undoubtedly more to come ?

as much as I want to open up new tools christmas morning I don't get any cause they all are to worried if I need it or not or if I have it or not....I told them anything over $1000 cuts down the chances I have it and most likely will cut down the chances I don't need it.....they just laugh.......lol

Good stuff guys

Yeah hard to gift us tool freaks lol so gift cards are common.

$100 card to the new Big R store from work

$75 Lowes card from my wife's grandparents.... But she's been looking at getting some new paint for the dining room.

M18 compact jobsite blower from her grandparents also, they asked me specifically tho, so that's what I requested. I told them about the sale price at acme during November so that was cool of them!

Money from my parents and hers might just go to a few tool purchases....

I got a $100 visa gift card from work.  I have not seen it since I brought it home and showed my wife.

I get $150 cash from my wife's grandparents every year for as long as I can remember. What I don't remember is ever actually getting to spend any of it.
