  1. how about the new carbon fiber stapler? i use it for house wrap. its lightweight. i recommend using at least a 3/8 staple. the shorter staples seemed to "fall over" more. http://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWALT-Carbon-Fiber-Composite-Hammer-Tacker-DWHT75900/300240997
  2. can i use this to track and see if my guys are working hard enough?

    Upcoming event.

any other tools in the works? i'm still waiting for a left blade saw.
  4. does it seem bulky? have you used a paslode cordless 18ga to compare?
  5. saw this in an equipment magazine.
  6. love my 20v mult tool. no issues at all. and i buy blades on ebay for cheap.
  7. just in my experience, but the flexvolt 6.0 makes the saw spin slightly faster versus the 5.0 battery. i can hear the difference.

    The new DCS570

click on the link i posted just above. its not a great pic though.

    The new DCS570

this is pretty much identical to the flexvolt saw, except for the battery. i really dont like the right blade. i also hate the high position of the handle. even i (who's framed hundreds of units) cant cut a line straight sometimes with this saw, especially with the depth adjustment set high, which moves the handle more forward and akward. i wish dewalt would have a left blade brushless saw already.
  10. i use crates mostly, and shelving in my van. i like these rigid crates, and they are lot cheaper than dewalt. http://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-22-in-Pro-Box-Black-226036/206291778
  11. maybe its just me, but i just dont see the point of a expensive bulky box just to store a saw.
  12. the dewalt framer is ok. but i would totally prefer the paslode over the dewalt, if the price of fuel cells was not of concern. the paslode shoots harder and is more ergonomic.
  13. as a framer, i prefer left blade saws. any word if a 60v left blade will be coming out?
  14. it sounds like a bose radio. best sounding dewalt radio period.
  15. i thought the thread title said, "finally got it up"
  16. thats actually a great idea
  17. neither have i. where would some one use this over other saws available?
  18. i've tried them all. the original batteries camae with A123 cells in them. then that same style battery case design came with different blue colored cells(forget brand). when the dcb361 came out, it came with red battery cells(sanyo?) that had a higher ah rating, but dewalt to decided to fill only half the battery with these new cells. if you open up the dcb361, you'll notice half the cells are just black plastic spacers. with the dcb360, there are no empty spaces. they have twice as many cells inside vs the dcb361.
  19. the 4ah batteries are nice, but the price is kinda crazy. may as well get a flexvolt saw and batteries.
  20. wow. thats actually pretty cool that it can cut a 2x12.
  21. i thought i read on here somewhere about possibly a left blade circular saw?? wondering if i should get the new flexvolt circular or hold out if a left blade version is coming out.
  22. i played a little more with the dcr025 radio and there really is no bass. sure, the charger and bluetooth work better, but the most important thing, the SOUND, does not. i'm going to return it.
  23. ok i saw this radio at local store and bought it because of framer joe's review. boy am i dissappointed. the tough system radio sounds a lot better in my opinion..way more bass. sure the charger and cord and whatnot are better on the dcr025, but the most important thing for a radio for me is the sound, which the dcr025 does not exceed.
