  1. which kit did you look at? power adapter only? battery and charger only? battery, charger, and power adapter? is it the 12 in fixed or 12 in sliding? Both the Milwaukee and Dewalt are good saws. From what I've heard the Milwaukee saw is good but has some shortcomings/flaws that are hard to overlook. Also heard the Dewalt 12 in sliding is just like the legendary 780 except with a brushless motor and ability to run corded or cordless. I thought I heard the fence of the 790 was not as good as the 780 but I could be mistaken.
  2. I use echo string trimmers and like them. The speed feed is my favorite part. It makes re-stringing a breeze. The power and quality were better than my craftsman that went bad after only being a few years old but nothing to too special. If I go with another brand of trimmer I may try dewalt just for the fact its cordless and I already have batteries from dewalt. If the dewalt trimmer doesn't have a comparable alternative to speed feed I may switch the head out.

  4. not to brag or anything but here's mine
  5. For those who want the catalogs for bigger stores then this site will help. https://blackfriday.com/stores#h_section It doesnt include smaller stores like cpo, factory authorised, and acme. Home depot has a bunch of tool deals. Menards had a pretty good deal on an adjustable ladder. Lowes also had a bunch of tool deals.
  6. Well with black friday and cyber monday in just over a week I thought I might as well start a thread for posting their deals. I suppose we could include any tool deals related to holiday 2016 deals as well.
  7. Might be more chrome on the trailer than both trucks combined
  8. Id say put a brace under the car so it don't fall off then I would say remove the windshield.
  9. @olletsocmit I could probably draw up a table design in autocad or something. It would include dimensions and such but the choice on router profiles, stain, and finish would all be you.
  10. Its not likely that an update is coming. Its already brushless. If dewalt comes out with a better brushless motor for their 20v ope I could see an update coming.
  11. I'm guessing a rip in the space time continuum will occur and ridgid tools will be flying out cause dewalt and milwaukee were mixed.
  12. anyone notice the tidy cats containers?
  13. My boss has a big pile of pallets. I'm guessing its from all the materials for house builds over the years. They are hard to get rid of. For whatever reason the landfill don't take pallets. I don't know why they wouldn't take them though. I would go to contractors to get pallets or maybe a warehouse type store (ie samsclub).

20v for the non-pro user. 40v for pro user who wants runtime. 60v for pro user who wants power
  15. @The.Handyman I knew it came with the three 4.0s and one 6.0 flexvolt but didn't know if they were coming out with a more expensive option with four 9.0s in addition to the current option. I agree it would be expensive. Could that saw be a blade right 20v brushless circular saw above the flexvolt saw? seems unlikely for a 20v to be blade right but could be possible.
  16. There's so many obvious ones like flexvolt, m18 hd, and various blades/cutting bits and We were told not to pick an obvious one. It will be hard to pick one that isn't obvious. What about the new storage solutions from dewalt and milwaukee and husky..
  17. oh I see all you do is turn the handle and the crank and cylinder move
  18. We getting a portable power supply that comes with four 9.0 flexvolts? Also is that the new track saw above the circular saw? There's also something in the top right corner that i'm not sure what it is.
  19. Mine dream car choice is kinda lame. a Honda Civic with the d-tec diesel engine tested awhile back. Just for the 90 mpg it got. Maybe some decent acceleration would be nice as well. For my truck it would have to be a mix between the innovative features of the Ridgeline, looks of the GM models, power up to par of whichever brand has the best power (for mid-size), a mid-size that is actually mid-size and not approaching F-150/Silverado 1500 size, a speedometer that has a digital number readout like a Honda Civic instead of the typical pointer speedometer, and fuel efficiency better than the competition. Also would like to see an instrument panel/dash that isn't bloated with buttons or features but instead is simple, shows me what I want where i want, and is customizable to my needs.
