Finished (almost) this hammer mill today. Long project. I'll post more pics later. Getting ready for paint tomorrow untill it dries up enough outside to start chopping Timothy.

Some of the pictures are kinda confusing and it different stages. I'll do a walkthrough of it when we mount it at the dairy. Made mostly out of repurposed hay cubing equipment.

Looks great @JimboS1ice! Love the blocky, rustic design! Paint? Stain? Other finishing plans?

Awesome job @plumbfitter! I hate to ask, but what is the top cap? Feel free to laugh at the novice, fellas...

Either colored stain or chalk paint not sure yet

This is the top cap.

Like I said, its a work in progress, close up you can see the unfinished joints. Soon they will be sanded and painted and you wont even know they are there.

Took the day off today turned on my Ryobi pressure washer and me n my son sprayed away. My day was going awesome till my stupid water heater went out!!!!!!?????? never did I think I was gonna take the day off to go spend $700 damn dollars today ???

Thought of you this weekend Mike, I had to replace a water heater Friday night and then one the next morning, just yesterday morning, 2 back to back! Two people's weekends shot right then and there, I had fun tho....?

Oh but the worst part was the place I went to Saturday morning involved a water heater that started leaking the night before, and interrupted the guy's ribs he was grilling and he got sidetracked because of it and the ribs burnt on him??

I graded two driveways with my DR Power Grader today.

If anyone is thinking about getting a DR Power Grader I would highly recommend it.

Mine is old enough that it doesn't have the remote on it but has the cord and the box control. I could get one as a add on though.

I do my own driveway about twice a year. Sure saves getting stone.

The second driveway I did had alot of grass in the middle so it took alittle longer to get it worked up and graded properly.

Sure makes the driveways look new again.

O yea their still around. I can only speak for the grader but they seem to have some very good products. The prices seem alittle high but they are built good.
