What tools did you buy today?

Dewalt 54 Volt sds plus, the 323 model. 2.8 joules, which is plenty. Two 2ah packs, these seem to offer good runtime, they should do given the efficiency of running high voltage. Might shoot some vid of it in action if people are interested?

That's an awesome sander. Love mine.

Very interested @MikeyB

Ordered two DS130s today and a Diablo 8" for the FlexVolt saw. Everything but some hand tools will be in tough boxes now.

You might want to look at the Tough System Totes for them. I like to load up what I need for a job in one tote and carry it .They work great for hand tools and supplies like caulk, sandpaper, nuts, bolts, screws and nails.

Ryobi trimmer, blower, and mower showed up today.... My wife has mowed our whole block... Ran through 3 4ah and 4 1.3's.... good thing I now have 4 chargers.  Honestly I'm glad she's enjoying herself!  Also I ordered a Hart 21oz fiberglass framing hammer, this thing is huge, makes my 22oz Stanley look tiny!

so I'm motoring thru Home Depot today, minding my own business and came across a deal for some kind of promo free battery crap.......the usual buy a tool get a free battery...well I see they don't have the battery that was free so my thrift mode kicks in ...I say umm ya do you have a free battery if I buy a tool?, knowing they don't the guy says I'll get my manager.....so he comes over and says ya we don't have a battery but go pick a tool of your choice and I will reduce the price by $100 sound ok?.....lol
so for $69 I picked this puppy up......

Made a small investment into the ego platform over the last month. The $100 blower made me a believer in this brand. I no longer loathe yard work. 7efb17458a500d929d72c54ecdfc1fb9.jpg

Because Milwaukee won't let us have nice things in North America, I had to import from Belgium.

I haven't had a chance to put it through all of the paces yet, but so far, it looks and works great.

The Milwaukee tool case is also just awesome. It's about as strong as a Systainer and looks to stack and hook up to each other.  Now, if only Milwaukee would sell these in the US, they'd make a killing.
