  1. Thanks Mike, I am going to try and get one more light in there, I didn't take a pic of the fluorescent one but is is near the single bulb light, on more where I am building the wall. That will be a storage rack wall and I will leave the floor clear to rip plywood with my TS. Dedicated space, gotta love it!
  2. I had no idea you guys did that Conductor and DR. Great idea. I haven't bought anything on the site swap meet, I did post a sale there once and I had not idea you guys took that step to protect the members. Sweet.
  3. Good for you Comp that is awesome! Crazy deal and the Ridgid is an awesome spindle sander.
  4. Welcome to the forum Sholt! As far as tool brands....look to the ability to expand your line. ALL of those brands have extensive lines of 18v tools. I just got the IDH182 and it is AWESOME. Bosch does have discounts but only at certain point in year. You just missed the Bosch deal as it ended just after Christmas. Chad brought up Dewalt and I have to admit I am running two of them. The 20v circular saw and the DCD985 hammer drill (brushed- made in America) I drove a bunch of tap cons and no problem. Super comfy grips and I was using the saw just a couple of hours ago. I have a lot of experience with Milwaukee and recommend them all the time. I had a falling out with Makita but they are really stepping up the game by leaps and bounds. Really it's what do you want? I now have the Bosch IDH182 and the brushless multi tool will come in at some point soon. Bosch really has a great reputation in the rotary hammer world. You can always buy the large 4 amp batteries in the future. What feels best in your hand? You have clearly put some thought into this. I feel if you can get something that you really want and it costs you a little more then spend it. You won't have to again. Those are ALL Great tools. http://toolguyd.com/bosch-rhh181-18v-brushless-rotary-hammer/
  5. Couple of cool things for me was using two tracks for my TS55REQ to make a length wise cut. Found out my "new" track I bought on eBay must've been crushed during shipping because one of the track connectors wouldn't slide in all the way, I did figure a way to make it work though and made a 110" track. Yeee - freakin' - hahhhhh, I installed six heavy compression mats and spent the past three hours standing on the concrete. My lower back is killing me. Thankfully there was an escape.....
  6. Couple of more pics from today. I installed one fluorescent light today, as I still can't get the LED lights as of this time. Framed up a small wall to block out sound from the stairs, and tomorrow I am going to finish the wall, pain and instal my lumber rack. Then I can start building another clamp rack and some shelves. Most importantly one for my new Rolair!!
  7. There ha go dude! My lower caulking is going but still serviceable. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=u_YykBbOTDg
  8. Yeah I'm with Jason, I've been here for 13 years and haven't had to have my chimney cleaned and I use oil. There is some debris and blow out from build up and I will be checking mine out in the next three years or so just to be sure. I just had a guy two years ago re point my chimney (I'm scared of heights so that's a big no no job for Chris) and he reported it looked great. I am not sure when it was cleaned last.
  9. Also are using any chemicals on the glass (winded or soap) or do just use a wet paper towel to clean the glass when you clean the stove?
  10. Chad, This is my second season with mine and haven't seen that before. Does the seal look like its fraying or coming loose?

    Planex

Keep us posted Regopit. I don't know if I can but man I really want to go this year. Good for you on the planex and DC. There is no way I could justify it for home use. But....?? Just kidding! If I were a pro doing a single horse job, I'd get it no questions asked.
  12. Holy crap! Are you freakin' kiddin' me??? Who on earth would use something like that? OSHA would have a field day with that. Civil rights activists would have another bone to chew on. World economies would....ahh never mind, that thing is crazy.
  13. Somive got a question, I thought I read something or saw a video or something in which the Fuel 7-1/4" can be fitted with a side vac attachment. Is that true?
  14. Chad, I don't know if you noticed but I'm rocking those gay Bosch capris and Regopit is rocking that ten pack! She's one lucky beeeeee-hotch!!!!!
  15. Yeah dude...good luck! My wife stacked her claim on my other Festool Midi. Chris ain't happy no he ain't!

  18. Sweet Moze! Looks awesome did you buy this as a kit with the battery?
  19. Samantha ended up buying me two of the XL 24" clamps for Christmas. I really like those clamps. Real solid firm consistent pressure. Not sure about the mediums and larger but the XL ones are really heavy duty.

    XCU02Z X2 Chainsaw.

I've got the electric one I crack my head on last summer! I really should get a gas one and not a battery one. You know....because of my safety record

    It's Always Nice

Well now that's funny. I was actually thinking about using it as my ditty bag for work! Plus it's camo! It's set up perfectly for my job. I can fit extra mags, sights, cold weather gear, basic hand tools for on the road, first aid equipment and it'll fit and stay put on my front seat even with MY driving! But then I think more pragmatically and think, man I can put all of my nice hand tools in there as well as lasers and all of that stuff. I have a small "electricians" kit with all my cheap wiring tools in it and naturally most of them got replaced with these Klein tools already! It's still on my dining room table waiting for the last two things from the UTB to come in for a last photo. Come to think of it I better move it to the shop before I "disappear"....I got the "look" yesterday. I don't get it....what's the problem with an air compressor on your nice dining room table???? Geesh!
